Since 1987. Mr. Nissen has worked on numerous demanding development projects in renowned German corporations, such as Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG, Philipp Holzmann AG and WestProject & Consult GmbH. In year 2000, Mr. Nissen joined Sonae Sierra where he worked on different top management positions and was involved in all development phases of many well-known Shopping Centers in Germany and Romania.

Currently Mr. Nissen is CEO of MPC Properties, the largest investor in Southeast Europe, well known due to the unique position of Usce SC and the landmark office building Usce Tower I. The company is currently investing 250 million euros in new projects, all located in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia – Ušće Tower Two, Navigator Business Center 2 and new shopping center in Belgrade with over 43,000 m2 of GLA and a total built area of 130,000 m2, all of them planned for opening in 2020.

Mr. Nissen has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Technical University in Braunschweig, Germany. He gained his PhD at the Technical University in Munich, where he also lectured students in the theory of massive construction.
